Carly Patterson MS, LAPC

Hi! I’m Carly, a Licensed Associate’s Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Whether you’ve been looking for a therapist who gets it, searching for a soft place to land, learn more about yourself, navigate a difficult stressor, or just process what the hell is going on in the world, you have come to the right place!

In my therapeutic work, I focus on working with individuals ages 18 and older who struggle with chronic stress, mood disorders like depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, difficult transitions, distress tolerance, anger management, and academic pressure. I keep the space feeling warm and supportive using a strengths-based, relational approach and draw skills from CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT to help you feel empowered in managing your mental health.

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in human services from Elizabethtown College in 2022. I attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and graduated in 2024. I currently hold my Associate’s license in the state of Pennsylvania (LAPC) and am under supervision while I work towards my LPC.

In my free time, you can find me walking with my pup Ginger, weight lifting, golfing, reading the latest fantasy or romance book, and spending time with my support system.
